about 2 months ago, she asked whose this girl is(she one of my bestfriends) i said she could add her on facebook. because i have nothing to hide so my gf was told by my bestfriend, about mine and her relationship, and it mad gf mad as hell. but they talked for like 5 hours and then they texted for a few weeks. but she has been texting alot of guys that she ment on the internet.she just knows there first names. and she doesnt want me to know anything about them. i ask last night because we got into a big fight about it. she avoided the question. ik someway or somehow those guys are going to destroy our relationship because we fight about it all the time! she said “i dont trust her” im like i do, it just why cant ik about more about them. just like she did with my bestfriend

I have been looking at ponies for my 11 year old daughter for hacking and small local shows. We have seen a lovely welsh cross who has been there done it all but he is 20 years old. He is in good health and is fit.

I have been trying to figure out what could possibly be going on with my husband. We don’t have enough money right now for a bunch of medical tests and appointments because he does not have health insurance. The only thing I can figure is that he may have some sort of sleep disorder. I am hoping that somebody on here can help me clarify what is wrong, and if there is anything that we could do at home to help.
Here is the situation:
Around 10:30-11:00 at night, all of his symptoms begin. It is almost like clockwork every night. He will start by talking about stuff out of the blue. At first it seems innocent enough, but then it is like he is in this alternate reality. He begins talking about things that doesn’t make any sense. His eyes become heavy and I try to convince him to go to bed, but he states that he is not tired and becomes very cranky. Then he will just pass out. I have to make sure that nothing is in his hands or it is going to go everywhere. I’ve tried in the past to wake him and get him to the bed, but it does not work. He will sleep where he passes out at (normally the couch) for a couple of hours and then get up. He stumbles, moves stuff around, talks out of his head again, and goes to the bedroom and passes out again. I have to follow him when he is like this because I have caught him passed back out in the bathroom, and have caught him get into the shower with his clothes on and be taking a shower, but he doesn’t remember any of it.
He has been sober for 3 years, but when you see him like this you would swear that he is drinking again. I can 100% guarantee that he is not. Trust me I checked when this all first started. If he does take something like Tylenol PM, Nyquil, or anything that causes people to get drowsy, it makes the symptoms worse.
has anyone experienced symptoms like this, or know anyone that has? Is there anything that I can do to help this? Does anyone know what this may be? It is becoming worse, and it is hard on me because I have to watch him, and I have to sleep lightly to ensure that he doesn’t get up and hurt himself, this is causing me to not get the proper sleep that I need and is creating tension. If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Hi, I’m in the process of filling out all the papers for medical assistance for Pennsylvania. The one I need to send to my doctor has a section about temporary or permanent disability and why. Of course I can let my doc do this and she could change it but I’m trying to send to her almost ready to sign the way she likes forms so I can get them signed. Honestly, I don’t know what I should put — my rr ms is getting worse, but thank God it is still rr. My treatments are more involved and I’m not working, and it feels permanent but I don’t know. I’ve never filled this out before and could use some advice.

I have heard of Reynaud’s and think I might have it, but the difference is people who do have it get symptoms throughout the year, even in the summer, but I only get it during the cold seasons. It’s usually only my fingers (and/or toes), not my palms, and it seems like no matter what I do they won’t warm up. Sometimes putting them under steaming hot water feels good for a few minutes, but then they’ll go back to being icy cold. They don’t change color to white or blue like the symptoms of Reynaud’s, but the redness after them heating up does occur. I also have this problem in my feet (just toes and front part) but it happens less often. But, when it does happen in my feet it’s even harder to make them warm up than it is with my hands. I can wear 3 pairs of socks with warm boots on but they still feel like ice. Is it possible that I have Reynaud’s or just bad circulation? Or something else?

If I have a W2 with the amount of 5395.49 in box 1 and the amount of 400 in box 8, how do i complete line 1 column (c) and (d) of 2010 form 4137? I am training to become a tax professional but, my book doesn’t go into too much detail about form 4137. If someone could help me out and explain these columns to me that would be a great help! I know I would need to report the allocated tips on line 7 of form 1040. I am assuming that I would need to pay social security and medicare tax on the allocated tips, the full 400. I just don’t get how to get that number (400) for line 4 of form 4137 with the only information I’ve stated above.

For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been having constant noises in my stomach. Not like stomach growls, but more like squeals, swishing, swashing, short growling (usually lasts like half a second) and gurgling. I have no clue what it is. They are not too loud, but can be noticeable when cuddling with a significant other, and it can be quite embarrassing. Other than that, I have no other symptoms. No Constipation, diarrhea, bloating, blah blah. I am so confused. What can this be! Thanks all!

okay so, during a christmas party thing i got really close to a guy i knew and we started liking each other. But we aren’t gonna meet for another event for another 5 weeks and he cant txt, and i dont hav a facebook. I dont like talking on the fone and i dont know if i can ever hang out with him cuz my parents are SUPER strict and dont let me date. (im 14 btw) I really like him and i kno for a fact that he likes me too. That was the first time i talked to him although i knew whu he was. Im worried he may move on. 5 weeks is a LONG time to be away from each other…anyone with advice PLEASE HELP
